| 1 bedroom |
(NYC definition)- Essentially, an apartment with one separate bedroom, a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. If you’re lucky, you might get an eat-in kitchen and a dining area. |

24 hours a day, 7 days a week |
Eat-In Kitchen
[often abbreviated "EIK"] |
(NYC definition)- a kitchen large enough to have a small dining table and chairs. |

Publicity photo of the face, possibly including head and shoulders.
Generally, headshots are black & white. Glossy or matte is usually acceptable, though some prefer one or the other.

| Studio |
(NYC definition)- an "efficiency" apartment. Usually one large room which serves as bedroom, living room, dining room, etc. If you’re lucky, there will be a small separate kitchen, though often a studio has a "kitchenette" against one wall of the large room. Of course, there is a small separate bathroom. |
